The energy centers in your body
There are many different ways to balance your chakras. This is the way I like to balance mine! I do this by talking to each one individually when I’m on my daily walk or when I’m sitting down right before I meditate! As I talk to each chakra I imagine/picture this in my mind, the color of the chakra along with imagining it spinning clockwise!
This is my example, you can thank the chakras for whatever you would like. I switch it up and am thankful for different things. If you don’t know what chakras are, there are many wonderful articles on the internet.
