Intuitive Journaling

Grab a notebook or piece of paper, pen or pencil. Relax, take a deep breath and pull a card from your favorite oracle or tarot deck. What do you see in the picture, what comes to mind? How is this card making you feel? happy, sad, does it bring back memories or make you think of someone special? Start to write everything that comes to mind even if it doesn’t make sense, keep writing. After 10 minutes or so set your pen down and read what you journaled. This is a great way to open your intuition and get in touch with your higher self. Messages will soon come through for you if you practice this daily or several times a week.

When I look into the card on this page, I see a tree, roots, owl, beams of light, a large orb & an area to rest. Can this be ancestors shining through bring deep rooted wisdom to you?
